This is a list of every ability you can find, learn, and buy in the game. I will include the name, description, and any relevant stat boosts (before character bonuses are factored in, and ignored if other jobs give higher boosts). This will be sorted in alphabetical order.
Active abilities will have an exclamation mark in front of them (e.g. !Black or !Buildup), while passive abilities...won't. Any abilities that use magic require obtaining the magic first from chests or shops. As far as I'm aware, Sword Magic is distinct from regular magic in this hack, so learning the Fire spell for Black Magic won't get you Fire Sword Magic like in the original.
AP totals used are total AP required.
2-handed (L5 Ninja, 690AP)
Allows user to equip two weapons, one in each hand. Does not apply to two-handed weapons like bows and harps. Can be used with other attack abilities like !X-Fight.
Agility (L7 Thief, 635AP)
+16 AGI. No other benefit.
!Aim (L2 Hunter, 60AP)
Attacks with a 100% hit rate.
!Analyze (L4 Blue Mage, 350AP)
Reveals a monster's HP, weaknesses, and current status effects.
!Animals (L1 Hunter, 15AP)
Uses an attack randomly chosen based on level.
Barrier (L1 Mystic Knight, 10AP)
Casts Shell on user when they hit Near Death (below 1/8 of Max HP). Shell reduces the magic multiplier of spells targeting that character by roughly 1/2.
Berserk (L1 Berserker, 100AP)
Target is permanently berserk, unable to be controlled and always using physical attacks. This also boosts the attack value of physical attacks by roughly 50%.

+16 MAG. Lets user cast Fire, Ice, and Bolt.
!Black2 (L2 Black Mage, 30AP)
+19 MAG. Lets user cast Venom, Sleep, Toad, and all spells from previous tiers.

+22 MAG. Lets user cast Fire2, Ice2, Bolt2, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Black4 (L4 Black Mage, 110AP)
+25 MAG. Lets user cast Drain, Break, Bio, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Black5 (L5 Black Mage, 180AP)
+28 MAG. Lets user cast Fire3, Ice3, Bolt3, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Black6 (L6 Black Mage, 280AP)
+31 MAG. Lets user cast all Black Magic spells.
!Blue (L3 Blue Mage, 100AP)
+23 MAG. Allows user to cast all learned Blue Magic spells.
Brawl (L2 Monk, 45AP)
+26 STR. Uses the special damage formula for Monks when attacking barehanded. This damage can be boosted with the Kaiser Knuckles accessory.
!BuildUp (L1 Monk, 15AP)
Do nothing this turn to deliver a physical attack next turn with double the attack multiplier. Ignores weapon spell effects, including !Escape from the Chicken Knife.
!Capture (L6 Thief, 335AP)
User does a physical attack and attempt to steal an item afterward. Ignores weapon spell effects, including !Escape from the Chicken Knife.
!Catch (L4 Mediator, 460AP)
Allows user to catch target monster if their HP is below 1/8 of their max (or 1/2 if the Corna Jar is equipped). Some monsters, including most bosses, are immune. When a monster is caught, the command changes to !Release, which will release that monster and have it do a special attack depending on the monster.
Caution (L5 Thief, 185AP)
Prevents all back attacks (normally 1/16 chance of triggering).
!Combine (L2 Chemist, 45AP)
Can mix two ingredients from a list of fifteen items to create a specific effect. Effect varies depending on items used.
!Conjure (L7 Summoner, 750AP)
Summons a random summoned monster from all currently obtained. Costs 0MP.
!Control (L2 Mediator, 60AP)
Gain control of monster, able to use its abilities. Some monsters, including most bosses, are immune. 40% chance to succeed, boosted to 75% if wearing Coronet.
Counter (L4 Monk, 150AP)
50% chance to respond to an enemy's physical attack with a physical attack from the character. Does not work against magic attacks.
Cover (L1 Knight, 10AP)
The person with this ability will automatically take physical attacks in place of any other character who is currently in Near Death status (below 1/8 their max HP). Does not work against magic, and fails if person with ability is suffering status effects that removes control from the player.
!Dash (L3 Thief, 60AP)
Allows user to hold the B button to run twice as fast on the world map. Useless since this is enabled by default in Career Day.
DblGrp (L3 Knight, 90AP)
+13 STR. Allows user to wield certain one-handed weapons with two hands, doubling the attack multiplier. This includes all swords besides the Drain Sword, all axes/hammers, all katanas, the Flail and Morning Star, and...the base staff. Does nothing to weapons that already require two hands, like bows and harps.
!Dance (L2 Dancer, 75AP)
Use one of four dance moves, including the Tempting Tango (inflicts Charm), Mystery Waltz (drains MP), Jitterbug Duet (drains HP), and Sword Dance (doubles both weapon attack and the damage multiplier, 100% hit rate, ignores weapon spell effects, including !Escape from the Chicken Knife). If equipped with the Lamia's Tiara, Rainbow Suit, or Red Shoes, Tempting Tango is replaced with another instance of Sword Dance.
!Dimen1 (L1 Time Mage, 10AP)
+14 MAG. Lets user cast Drag, Slow, and Regen.
!Dimen2 (L2 Time Mage, 30AP)
+16 MAG. Lets user cast Void, Haste, Float, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Dimen3 (L3 Time Mage, 60AP)
+18 MAG. Lets user cast Demi, Stop, Exit, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Dimen4 (L4 Time Mage, 110AP)
+20 MAG. Lets user cast Comet, Slow2, Reset, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Dimen5 (L5 Time Mage, 180AP)
+22 MAG. Lets user cast Qrter, Hast2, Old, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Dimen6 (L6 Time Mage, 280AP)
+24 MAG. Lets user cast all Time Magic spells.
DmgFloor (L3 Geomancer, 175AP)
Prevents party from taking damage whenever walking on lava tiles.
!DrgSwrd (L2 Dragoon, 200AP)
Casts a combined Drain/Osmose spell on the enemy to absorb their HP and MP. Uses the Magic stat.
!Drink (L3 Chemist, 90AP)
Allows user to drink specific drink items to access buffs and other special effects.
!Escape (L2 Thief, 30AP)
Guaranteed to flee any encounter you are allowed to flee from.
Equip Armor (L5 Knight, 340AP)
Allows user to equip any piece of heavy armor in the game. Does not apply to helmets, gauntlets, or light armors.
Equip Axe (L2 Berserker, 500AP)
+21 STR. Allows user to equip any axe or hammer in the game.
Equip Bow (L3 Ranger, 195AP)
+16 STR, +12 AGI. Allows user to equip any bow in the game.
Equip Harp (L2 Bard, 75AP)
+8 AGI, +11 MAG. Allows user to equip any harp in the game.
Equip Katana (L4 Samurai, 280AP)
+19 STR. Allows user to equip any katana in the game.
Equip Ribbon (L3 Dancer, 400AP)
Allows user to equip Dancer gear, including the Man Eater, Rainbow Suit, Red Shoes, and of course the Ribbon.
Equip Rod (L7 Time Mage, 530AP)
Allows user to equip any rod or staff in the game.
Equip Shield (L4 Knight, 190AP)
Allows user to equip any shield in the game.
Equip Spear (L3 Dragoon, 600AP)
+18 STR. Allows user to equip any spear in the game.
Equip Sword (L6 Knight, 690AP)
+23 STR. Allows user to equip any sword (including knight swords) in the game.
Equip Whip (L3 Mediator, 160AP)
+13 STR, +1 AGI. Allows user to equip any whip in the game.
Evade (L3 Samurai, 100AP)
Always have a 1/4 chance of evading a physical attack if not inflicted with Sleep/Paralyze/Charm/Stop.
!Flirt (L1 Dancer, 25AP)
50% chance to stun an enemy for a turn. Does not work against "Heavy" creatures, which includes most bosses.
!GilToss (L2 Samurai, 40AP)
Spend money to inflict damage on all enemies. Money spent depends on user's level and number of enemies. Damage dealt depends on level. 100% hit rate, ignores row.
!Guard (L2 Knight, 40AP)
Any physical attack directed to the person using this ability will do zero damage.
!Hide (L1 Bard, 25AP)
User temporarily disappears from battle, immune from all battle effects until they choose to return.
HP +10% (L5 Monk, 250AP)
Increases the user's Max HP by 10% of its current total.
HP +20% (L6 Monk, 400AP)
Increases the user's Max HP by 20% of its current total.
HP +30% (L7 Monk, 700AP)
Increases the user's Max HP by 30% of its current total.
!Image (L2 Ninja, 40AP)
Sets the Image buff on the user, allowing them to automatically evade two physical attacks.
!Jump (L1 Dragoon, 50AP)
User leaps into the sky, unable to be targeted by attacks or spells. On the next turn, they land on the chosen foe with a 100% hit rate. Damage is normal unless a spear (or the Man Eater) is equipped, then the damage multiplier is doubled. Unaffected by row. Ignores weapon spell effects, including !Escape from the Chicken Knife.
!Kick (Monk base ability, cannot be learned, only found/bought)
Delivers a weaker physical attack to all enemies. Based on the damage formula for barehanded Monks, so boosted by the Brawl passive and the Kaiser Knuckles accessory.
Learning (L2 Blue Mage, 30AP)
Allows user to learn Blue Magic spells. Useless in Career Day since it's on all characters by default.
!Mantra (L3 Monk, 90 AP)
Targets only the user. Cures Darkness and Poison status effects. Heals a small amount of HP, based on user's Magic stat. Lower Magic Defense actually increases healing!
Medicine (L1 Chemist, 15AP)
Doubles the healing of Potions, Hi-potions, Ethers, and some specific !Combine mixtures.

Perform the last action done by an ally. May get different results if mimicking a random attack like !Animals or !Terrain. Does not use up items if mimicking !Item, but does use up gil if mimicking !GilToss.
MP +10% (L7 White Mage, 580AP)
Increases the user's Max MP by 10% of its current total.
MP +30% (L7 Black Mage, 730AP)
Increases the user's Max MP by 30% of its current total.
!Observe (L1 Blue Mage, 10AP)
Reveals an enemy's current HP. Supposed to also reveal elemental weaknesses, but doesn't due to a bug.
Passages (L1 Thief, 10AP)
Able to see hidden passages. Useless since this is enabled by default in Career Day.
Pitfalls (L2 Geomancer, 75AP)
Stops player whenever they walk into a trap floor. Useless since this is enabled by default in Career Day.
!Pray (L4 Chemist, 225AP)
Casts Esuna on entire party.
Preemptiv (L3 Ninja, 90AP)
Doubles chances of triggering a Pre-emptive Strike, from 1/8 to 1/4.
!Red1 (L1 Red Mage, 20AP)
+6 MAG. Lets user cast Fire, Ice, Bolt, Cure, Scan, and Antidote.
!Red2 (L2 Red Mage, 60AP)
+7 MAG. Lets user cast Venom, Sleep, Toad, Mute, Armor, Size, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Red3 (L3 Red Mage, 100AP)

!Revive (L5 Chemist, 630AP)
Resurrects all KOed party members to 1/16 of their Max HP.

85% chance to instantly kill an enemy, before factoring in Magic Defense and Evasion. Does not work against "Heavy" creatures, which includes most bosses.
!Smoke (L1 Ninja, 10AP)
Guaranteed to flee any encounter you are allowed to flee from.
!Steal (L4 Thief, 110AP)
Allows user to attempt to steal an item from an enemy. Base 40% chance to steal, 80% with Thief Glove. 10/256 chance to steal a rare item.
!Summon1 (L1 Summoner, 15AP)
+17 MAG. Lets user cast Chocob, Sylph, and Remora.
!Summon2 (L2 Summoner, 45AP)
+21 MAG. Lets user cast Shiva, Ramuh, Ifrit, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Summon3 (L3 Summoner, 90AP)
+25 MAG. Lets user cast Titan, Golem, Shoat, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Summon4 (L4 Summoner, 150AP)
+29 MAG. Lets user cast Crbnkl, Syldra, Odin, and all spells from previous tiers.
!Summon5 (L5 Summoner, 250AP)
+33 MAG. Lets user cast all Summon Magic spells.
!SwdSlap (L1 Samurai, 10AP)
Regular attack that doesn't break Sleep/Charm/Control. Supposed to inflict Paralyze, but doesn't due to a bug.
!Tame (L1 Mediator, 10AP)
Inflicts Stop on target monster if they are a Creature-type.
!Terrain (L1 Geomancer, 25AP)
Uses a random spell, depending on the user's level and the area the battle is being fought in.
!Throw (L4 Ninja, 240AP)
Lets user throw certain weapons, shurikens, or elemental skeans at a foe for increased damage. Unaffected by row. Uses up the target item.
!White1 (L1 White Mage, 10AP)
+15 MAG. Lets user cast Cure, Scan, and Antdt.
!White2 (L2 White Mage, 30AP)
+17 MAG. Lets user cast Mute, Armor, Size, and all spells from previous tiers.
!White3 (L3 White Mage, 60AP)
+19 MAG. Lets user cast Cure2, Life, Charm, and all spells from previous tiers.
!White4 (L4 White Mage, 110AP)
+21 MAG. Lets user cast Image, Shell, Heal, and all spells from previous tiers.
!White5 (L5 White Mage, 180AP)
+23 MAG. Lets user cast Cure3, Wall, Bersk, and all spells from previous tiers.
!White6 (L6 White Mage, 280AP)
+25 MAG. Lets user cast all White Magic spells.
!X-Fight (L4 Hunter, 600AP)
Deal four attacks at once at random targets. The damage multiplier for each attack is halved. These attacks ignore defense and will not miss. Ignores weapon spell effects, including !Escape from the Chicken Knife.
!X-Magic (L4 Red Mage, 1159AP)
+8 MAG. Allows user to cast two spells in one turn. Includes access to all !Red3 magic, and also allows double-casting of Time, Summon, and later-tier Black and White spells if the appropriate abilities are available, either by putting !X-Magic on one of those jobs or by having !X-Magic and another spell ability on Bare/Mimic.
